Who can use Jambo Sentiment and AI Sentiment

Jambo Sentiment is free and available to all our customers. All Jambo subscription levels can request that this feature be enabled. It must be enabled on a Jambo account and then on each project as needed. It's not automatically available to everyone.

Jambo AI Sentiment is a free Jambo Secure AI tool available to all our customers. It must be enabled on a Jambo account and then on each project as needed. You can also choose to turn on automatic AI Sentiment or not.

How do I turn on Jambo Sentiment or AI Sentiment?

Your Jambo Customer Success representative must enable Jambo Sentiment and AI Sentiment on your account.

  • A Jambo account administrator must request that their Jambo Customer Success representative enable the Jambo Sentiment feature and AI Sentiment tool.
  • If you're not your Jambo account administrator, ask your Jambo account administrator to request enablement from the Jambo Customer Success team.
  • A Jambo account administrator can then enable Jambo AI Sentiment on the projects they manage.
How much does Jambo Sentiment or AI Sentiment cost?

Jambo Sentiment and the Jambo AI Summarize tool are free, but you must request they be enabled on your account.

Is my data secure when using AI Sentiment?

YES! We've taken great care to ensure that our AI solutions, features, and tools meet or exceed industry standards for safeguarding sensitive information.
