Will my data be secure? Where is it hosted?

Absolutely, we protect your data with secure systems, hosting and hardware. Jambo is hosted in Canada using Amazon Web Services (AWS) Canada’s industry-leading infrastructure. Jambo utilizes industry-standard processes to ensure the security of your data. We also offer an on-premise solution for organizations that require software to be implemented within their own IT infrastructure.

What if my organization needs a hosted solution in our country? (outside of Canada)

No problem. Jambo can be easily deployed to Amazon Web Services (and other) cloud infrastructure elsewhere in the world. Contact our team for more details.

My organization won’t allow us to use hosted cloud solutions. Do you have an on-premises option that works behind my firewall?
Yes. Jambo’s unique architecture was designed to deploy both to our hosted solution with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Canada as well as private cloud options, while still delivering the same great product. Please talk to our team for more information on this option.
Can I recover deleted data?

Yes, all your project data is stored in our secure, cloud-based system. Your project supervisor can restore deleted records and contacts within a project, and all of these are tracked in the change history. Deleted projects can be restored by the Jambo team, and our two-step project deletion process helps prevent accidental deletion. Furthermore, our cloud infrastructure performs regular backups of the database for quick and easy data recovery.

How long does it take to get Jambo set up?

Account and project creation can be done in minutes!* However, to make sure you get the most out of Jambo, our onboarding process assigns a Customer Success representative who will give you a full tour of the system and help guide you through your first project creation.

*Applies to regular Jambo subscriptions our hosted solution. Jambo’s On-Premises solution will take longer to set up as it needs to be installed on an organization’s internal IT infrastructure.

Can I add users to my account?
Yes, your Customer Success representative can add users for you quickly and easily. All they need is the user's full name and email address and they can take care of the rest.
How much does Jambo cost?
