How does the Jambo-Zapier integration work? 

The Jambo Zapier integration involves three main parts: 
Jambo Zapier authentication

Authentication

Connect Jambo to Zapier via Jambo's API. A Jambo API key permits Zapier to send information to Jambo.

Jambo Zapier trigger

Triggers

Set up an event-driven trigger called a 'Zap' that watches for new or updated data in an external app (like Gmail) that you want to connect to Jambo.

Jambo Zapier actions

Actions

Each Zap consists of a trigger and one or more actions. Turning your Zap on in your Zapier account will run the action step in Jambo every time the trigger event occurs.

What is the Jambo-Zapier Integration

How do I get started with the Jambo-Zapier integration?

If you're a Jambo customer, email your customer success representative or submit a helpdesk ticket to request access to the Public API Pack for your Jambo account. Then, create an API key within your Jambo account settings and use this key to connect Jambo with Zapier.

Please note: You must first have a Zapier account.

What apps can I connect to Jambo via Zapier?

How much does the Jambo-Zapier integration cost?

Right now, we're offering our customers free access to the Jambo-Zapier integration through the 90-day Jambo Integration Beta Access Program. Please reach out to your customer success representative or submit a helpdesk ticket to request to join the Beta Access Program.

We'll enable the Public API Pack in your Jambo account and help you set up your Jambo-Zapier integration. Please note: you must have a Zapier account before requesting to join the Beta Access Program.

Depending on your current Jambo subscription, activating the Public API Pack for Jambo (which is required to access the Zapier integration) may involve additional costs in the future.

Zapier offers various subscription plans, including a free tier with limited tasks. Depending on the complexity and volume of your workflows, you may need to subscribe to a paid plan. See zapier.com for their pricing information.  

How do I set up a Zapier account?

To set up a Zapier account, go to zapier.com and click on the 'start free with email' button.
